A young racing fan from Rockwell City, Iowa, had an experience he won’t soon forget. Rylan Wuebker, 13, met several drivers and saw their cars close up at a meet-and-greet at the Ronald McDonald House in Rochester, Minnesota, hosted by Deer Creek Speedway and the World of Outlaws Late Model Series.
